I'd love to migrate a couple of my older builds to newer cases, but what freaks me out is the lack of 5.25 drive space - it's all been taken by fans... I still use a drive to watch an occasional movie or to rip a CD. Maybe the way to go is to just do a ghetto setup with an external USB bluray drive and call it a day...

I did just that and plug in a USB when needed.

Now $59.99. Still a fairly decent case,overall. If your modular PSU is of the longer variety (such as that 850W EVGA SuperNova G+ 80Plus Gold), then you'll have to remove the lower drive cage. Also, fans use a proprietary pinout, combining RGB control with standard fan pinout.
Airflow is good, and it appears that it supports a top-mounted AIO.
