Seriously, though... why bother? Just spend the $20 or so, and get the 2.5GbE-T RealTek-based card instead. But, if you're REALLY pinching pennies, and need a second NIC, or a replacement NIC (and don't want to spring for 2.5GbE-T just yet), then maybe there is a use for this card. There's a reason that they are so cheap.
Edit: My current 1GbE-T onboard nic on my B450 board died, too, so I would theoretically be in the market for something like this, and it's certainly cheap enough. But I bought a bundle of cheap 2.5GbE-T Realtek cards (generic) @ Amazon a few weeks ago for $11 ea. (More normal price is $20 or so.)
