@ race: I am beginning to have my doubts about the PowerMac and Rosetta. Although no errors appear, the comp is so slow! I have tried a lot of stuff (even running a linux-client) but that is not stable - fast yeah, stable no. Well, I am learning. 😉
With Seti@Home - BOINC - having an optimized application - I can run through a WU in less than 45 minutes - crunching 2 WUs at at time 😀 . With Predictor@Home I get 20 - 24 WUs per day - and on some days 25 - 26 WUs 🙂 . With Einstein@Home the PowerMac is as slow as with Rosetta. 🙁
I am looking around, but do not see very much improvements. The Mac waits for the 4.80 - application ... :Q

I brought a couple more HT P4's online today and I have the "makings" for another Athlon XP box here at home. I'm going to have to dig deep to fend-off those Rebels!

For the first time since the old seti days I believe almost all of the RA members are crunching the same project under the same nick at the same time. ( Well there is one old hard headed friend of mine up north I need to work on and another taking a break from crunching right now )

I will be fixing my downed machines soon, sorry for the delay 😛

I can't wait till murray gives me my latest toy lol

Santa you are REALLY gonna have to step it up this year to beat Jim and Murray lol

I received my first 4.81 WUs today but there's no official word from the Devs yet as to what 4.81 actually fixes or introduces.
