Woot, I finally got an xp 1200 online.

I have blown a few parts on a friends computer. I thought I was jinxed there for a few days.

Nothing was working right. I put together 2 computers and they fired right up, moved them into my friends case and watched both lose video, no beeps nothing, fans spun up fine. after 3 days of bs, I believe his power supply blew. I am trying to build him another computer from the parts though,.

I upgraded him ftrom a 1300 duron to a 2000xp, to install rosetta on with a 512 mb stick of added ram (768 total) It blew the mobo (dang ecs) and the ecs i was trying to replace it with (same model different version)

I apologize for the absence been on the couch a lot the last few days. the staiirs are a bit much lately. i am posting this from the 1200 in the garage
