root canal in 3 hours, wohoo! (not)

oops, forgot to add. I have a second root canal tommorow. TO add to it, my wisdom teeth are starting to bug me, so I may get them out over spring break instead of waiting until the summer.

I have one scheduled monday, I need it done ASAP but my face is swelled up like a balloon, so they gave me penacilin and pain killers right now until the swelling goes down. Otherwise when they numb it it won't full work when it's all swelled up.
 
Ultracet is a good non-narcotic pain medication but you will need a 'script. I just had a root canal and my mouth wasn't the only thing hurting---$800 wallet biopsy. Thank goodness for dental insurance.

They gave me some vicodin, but it never seems to work for me very well.
