Roomba 4100/4300 Intelligent v. 4210 Discovery

Can anyone explain the difference between these two Roombas? Why is the Intelligent (red version) $50 cheaper than the Discovery (white version). I realize the latter comes with a charging base and remote, but is that it? Are the two basically the same otherwise? Do they clean equally well? Thanks!

i never tried the discovery, but i bought the red version at home depot once, and returned it in a month because it didn't work too well. then the home depot people laughed at me for buying it.
