Roomate lookup

i have a first and last name and a phone number. can i do a lookup on my roomies before i move in? preferrably free. anything?

Not free, but you can do background checks online. Probably cost you $30 or so. I didn't need to, as my roommate told me most of his background/criminal history. Nice guy, it's a shame about that family though 🙁

Why would you do such a thing.. seriously. I would think that's pretty damn rude.. . if you have any problems talk to your don, but I've never heard of running criminal background checks on my roomies.

In Iowa, you can pretty much search all court records for free online on some government website... just type in the person's name and it gives you their history.

If he's a rapist you can go to the meganslaw site and search him up

A criminal background check for a roomate? Can I send you some yellow paint for the yellow stripe down your back? Perhaps a giant chicken suit would be a good idea. A criminal background check for a roomate? Great idea... maybe the guy is a terrorist trying to steal your freedom.

If the person is cool.... they're in. If the person is a dork... they're out.

I wish I would've checked my roommate.... BEFORE THE COPS KEPT COMING INTO OUR APARTMENT TO TAKE ALL HIS DRUGS. Do you know how annoying it is to be dealing with the cops all the time because of your stupid roommates. Oh well, he got kicked out anyway... I was the one who ratted him out 🙂
