Room temperatures ~ 0 - 5C are bad for IBM HardDisk?

I want to put my 75 GXP in my other computer that is
located in my sister's room.
The computer isn't ON 24/7 and the room temperature is
around 0-5 C. I wonder if switching the computer ON/OFF
in that kind of conditions can hurt the HDD?

(Don't talk to my why is so cold etc. etc.)

Is your sister human? 🙂

Check the operating specs on IBM's site. If the HDD will work at that temp and the computer in there now doesn't have any condensation problems, then it should work.
