Room mate sucks

Hey so I have this room mate and me and a guy from the room next door agreed to switch room mates, but my room mate is being uncooperative and hasn't finished/filled out the transfer form, while the guy in the other room already has.

WTF should I do to get this fvcker out of this room and into the room next door?

Okay, this is really simple. Move him. Wait till he is at class, and move all his stuff to the other room, and set it up exactly as it was in your room. Then start calling him by the other roomates name. Claim that he has been that person all along.

If after moving him he still will not fill out the forms, claim that he IS the other roommate, and therefore no change happened.
Lets say his name is Brad, and the other persons roommate is John.
You move all of Brad?s stuff to the other room, set up exactly as it was in your room.
Then you move all of John?s stuff to your room.
Then you insist that Brad is actually John, and John is actually Brad.
If Brad pulls out an ID, claim it is fake.
If you get talked into a corner claim they must have switched identities like in that movie. Don't tell them which movie, that would just make you sound crazy.
