Rookie OC info

I'm looking for some simple, step by step info on OC'ing an Intel E6400 on an Asus P5B Deluxe, bios screenshots would be awesome.

I'm a relative rookie to overclocking these newer chips, and the last machine I overclocked was a first generation Celeron. 300 Mhz to 450 Mhz with jumpers. 🙂 Oooooh boy was that a fast machine!

Edit: Complete system info in My Rig below. Also, this is with stock HSF.

Don't overclock until you replace the HSF.

Any reason why? I've read several reviews, one here included, that OC'd the E6400 as high as 2.88 Ghz with stock HSF. My chip in particular runs very cool right now, compared to some of the reports i've read, so I believe I have some wiggle room. I'm just looking for a little OC. Nothing that should require new cooling.
