having played a few hours so far, it's a complicated strategy game, that requires some efforts to understand and play well.

You purchase the game through gamestop at the link in the beginning of the thread, using the code the OP provided to get it down to .99.

After you buy it from gamestop (and install the gamestop app), they will give you the product key for the game, which you can t hen "activate" with steam and download the game from within the steam app:
