I haven't seen anything like that, but cars like that roll around in Atlanta all the time. I've seen some on at least 30" before. It looks ridiculous to me, but hey it gets the attention they likely want.

the person who owns that isn't poor, they likely paid cash up front for everything as I don't know any auto shops who do work on a payment system. I'm betting the entire ride cost him close to $100k after they were done. Those rims alone are gonna be $25,000 if not more. Tires close to $12k, and the amount they spend to get the body modified to fit 40's alone was probably more by itself than a new Nissan Ultima. "poor" people can't afford shit like that, you might see some 20" on a beater from a poor person. But that car ugly or not, is probably not owned by a poor person I assure you. And if they are poor they saved A LONG time to make that happen. I know somebody with a Donk in LA, it's nowhere close to as fancy as this one, he has 30's on it and he put well over $60k on it. He has more money than sense lol.

And something tells me the owner of the car in the pic probably has an equally insane amount of jewelery and a platinum grill. A drug dealer or rapper, but not a poor person.
