Roller Coaster Tycoon Loopy Landscapes won't install Help pls

After installing Loopy Landscapes and running the program, I get this error messege:
Error Trapper:
Exception Raised- Access Violation
Error Location Unknown

Same on both WinME and Win2000
I've replaced the disk with a new one.

PIII 800
320 MB RAM
Geforce2

I can't find anything in their support and help pages.
Anyone with a suggestion, I thank you
