The German festival used to be huge in MD. I went a couple of years ago, and it was just a shell of what it used to be. Kind of depressing... :^(

Accordion's pretty cool. Just concentrate on the melody keys first, then start working the bass into the mix.
 
Yeah, I can manage melody on some songs... but when I bring in the bass I start trainwrecking. Need to keep at it I guess. it's been a long time since I've played.
 
Don't know why, but when I hear that I think of Inspector Jacques Clouseau at Octoberfest and a whole bunch of people failing to kill him (and dying themselves).

It's to early, I read that as Jacques Cousteau & wondered "What did he do to anyone?"
 
When I was little, I so badly wanted to take ballet or tap dancing. Did I? NOPE. My grandma "made" me take Polish dancing. I am glad I did. I can polka with the best of them!
