I'm curious how many Anantech folks were sent these. There are rumors running around that 1400 orders were placed before the $129.99 price was raised to $399.99. I would think that a huge percentage of those were place by Anandtech readers.

I got one, haven't used it yet.

Kinda sucks, I spent $80 on the way home yesterday at Best Buy (Bought my brother a GBA + accessories). I could've used the $30.

Oh well.

I ordered my Gift card with free shipping. Just got an e-mail that it shipped 😛 w00t.
 
Got it, not planning on using it untill this ordeal is pretty well cleared up.

EDIT: First heard of it on Hard|OCP's front page....then went to post it @ AT only to find saltboy beat me :disgust:
 
Got Mine:

I am at the Order Submit page and it clearly says $0.00 charge to CC for $30 Gift Card -- It seems to be accepting the coupon for a Gift Card which would extend the time you have to spend the $30. Question -- Can a gift card be used for an on-line order later ?

 
Got mine too. I am also waiting to see what all transpires, because nothing is a hot deal there, even with the $30 off. I guess I'll hold off until close to the expiration date.
 
I got my coupon; haven't used it yet.

I'll wait until the end of the month to use it to see how this pans out. I don't need anything from them right now anyway.

I got one today.

I saw the thread and grabbed one, but at that time, they wouldn't let you check out. It was a couple hours later when I was finally able to checkout with the item.

Haven't spent the $30 yet...waiting and hoping a new 32X burner for cheap makes it in the weekly ads before the end of the month.
