Regarding the Apple issue, basically Whites and East Asians tend to have higher IQs and work ethics than other groups, and blacks, mestizos, etc don't get hired as much because they tend not to have the talent and qualifications. So to make it seem like they aren't a "racist" company Apple has to actively recruit and hire these non-White groups at the expense of Whites and Asians by providing them with extra incentives, etc. However being a successful company Apple knows that they can't do it indefinitely and not start failing and eventually going bankrupt, so to make it seem like they are diverse, they hire more East Asians than they should (at the expense of Whites) who can at least do the job well.
