Roku with Plex

Does anyone have a Roku and use Plex? Now that the channel is out of beta, I'm wondering if it pauses/ffd/rwd media files? Is the performance decent? How is the Hulu add-in performance, does it pause/ffd/rwd?
 
I use it..or try to..but it's really still in beta. An update that came through Roku 6 months or so ago broke plex and it's barely worked right since (on Roku 2 anyway). It DOES work great when it works..but they are still making alot of changes.
 
I use it a lot with my Roku 2 HD, but not everything plays; a couple of my HD rips will not. The Roku remote will control the stream like any other, but all you get is the progress meter at the bottom, not a live RW/FF. Great addition to Roku, but not quite there yet.
 
Ah, with no rw/ff I'm not too interested. The Roku LT sold out anyway so it's not really an option.
