It's in Settings, System, Advanced System Settings, Advanced Display Settings.
Enabled or Disabled. Default Disabled.
it's nice to view content without the 3:2 pulldown. Of course not all TVs display 24fps properly. However most TV sets made around after Blu-Ray took off can and is worth it. Many are confused by 24p and think it's related to Smooth Motion aka Soap Opera effect which you'd want disabled anyways.
Nice to take advantage of a feature that was mostly be reserved for Blu-Rays and Media Center PC with like Kodi which has a 24p mode buried in the settings. I never got why streaming devices or the most popular ones had ignored this.

Anyone who has a capable TV enjoying this? Once again not every TV accepts 24p. If yours does and you watch Blu-Rays then you should have an idea of the difference.
