Roku Premiere+ and Audio Decoding Capabilities

I don't own a receiver and rely on my TV's integrated speakers for sound. I'm considering buying either a Roku Premiere+ or a Roku Ultra. Can the Roku Premiere+ decode Dolby Digital and Dolby Digital+ and send the audio signal as PCM to my TV or do I need to get the Ultra for that?
