IMO, too little tool late. If he gets away with it, he'll do it over and over again just for the lol's.

He wants to appear like there's nothing to be afraid of, that he will be exonerated, that he is innocent of all charges. I'll wager though that that feeling of impending doom is snaking it's way up his back and creeping into his psyche right at this very moment if it hasn't already.

Frankly, if you sell yourself as an elite media personality and political engineer/scientist you don't get to claim ignorance like this, certainly not when you're on record gleefully admitting to the "dark arts" aspect of American politics. Hell of a thing to do at a time of surging right-wing domestic terrorism. Do we really want to find out if the next MAGA mail bombing campaign will utilize the real thing instead of duds?

Roberts is the new Kennedy in a way, could happen. We only need one judge on the right to value precedent more than partisan agenda, and he's done it twice, three times now? It's a little comforting, but as I don't trust religious republicans in positions of authority for the most part I still have plenty of worries.

Fully support the Dems in addressing what turtle and republicans have done to our Supreme Court. Get rid of Boof Kavanaugh, add 2 more seats, whatever, do it. We have to stop this country regressing.
