I am getting sick of this guy.

One time he says that the Yankees will be his last team, then he says hes going to quit after his 300th win. Both were lies.

Are the Astros this stupid to pay a 42 year old pitcher 18 million??!!!!!

this is getting realllyy ridiculous

Well didn't the Yankees just sign 41 year old Randy Johnson with injury woes just a year ago to a 2 year $32 million contract extension?

$18 million is a good deal of money, but the contract is only for one season and Clemens is coming off of one of his best seasons in a few years. I suppose they felt they need to keep him to draw the fans since they lost Kent, Beltran, Miller, etc. and Berkman is out for a while.

How come whenever he leaves the team, its always on a bad note? This has been the case when he left the BoSox, Blue Jay and then the Yankees. Always a bitter ending.

they would get killed by their fans if they let Clemens go in Houston. I forgot, did he win the Cy Young last year?

He's probably just an arrogant ass...but he's such a great pitcher that it's almost OK for him to be such an arrogant ass :D
