I'm working on finding a floppy for a BIOS update, so that might be the issue. But as of right now, any changes I make in BIOS don't affect the system at all. I change the CPU MHz in BIOS, and nothing changes. Is there something I'm supposed to unlock or enable?

Cooling shouldn't be an issue with the SI-120 and nice SD fan.
 
LOL. WTF. I actually found a vague article somewhere in google, and they said enable the floppy drive, even if you don't have one. And sure as hell, that worked.. LOL... That's insane.
