I dunno, maybe. But I worked with a guy who took handwriting analyzation classes, and learned a bunch from him.
The style of writing - how the B hooks at the bottom, or how one of the Ts loops and the other doesn't - those indicate that the letters were just drawn differently. The 1 B was started in one place, and the other was started in another.
He always said that stress, alcohol, drugs etc. would affect the neatness or the text, or whether or not the individual would take the time to write out each digit, but typically would not affect the method in which a letter would be drawn.
Looks to my amateur eye as 2 different people. Maybe she had someone sign for her?
