I just busted out laughing when I read this,

In theory, iDrive should make it easy to access and operate any of the countless electronic systems onboard the 645Ci - from climate control to navigation. Theory didn't translate into reality. Consider what happened when we tried to cancel a route plugged into the navigation system. Nothing. We later discovered that this command is not located in the navigation section of iDrive. So for 150 miles, we listened to a prodding female voice repeatedly advising us to "make the next U-turn."

I have to say this one more time: BMW, you fvcked up! Admit it, and trash iDrive!

I dunno if you can honestly blame BMW.

You're supposed to learn the system before taking it out and just playing with it. It's like buying any new electronic device. You have to figure out the controls and how to use it. If you do the whole "trial and error" deal, there's a reason the "error" part is in the title.

I like the looks of the car, but the iDrive is hilarious!

My uncle is very happy with his iDrive... says it never gives him any problems...

I guess it takes some time to get used to.
