I like how people want innocent babies put to death, but want murderers to roam free. Was that toasty enough for you? I think the bigger problem is those who are anti-death penalty, but pro-abortion. How does that work out? One is an innocent human, and the other is a POS. Lets save the POS!

Wait! Wait Wait! I thought we were talking about fetuses? Potential humans, yes, yet still very much apart of the mother therefore under her jurisdiction.

Jesus H. Christ! You have us figured out! Damn it, I thought we could fool you... Killers should be set free, no consequenses what so ever.

Your logic fails you because you make the huge assumption that "we" anti-death penalty proponents actually care about the murderers. I challenge you to find one anti-death penalty advocate that wants murderers set free. And even then would that speak for all of the anti-death penalty crowd? You want the gov't to be able to kill someone because they killed someone. Where is the logic? I guess viligante justice is also justified. If I kill someone it is okay, because I believe they killed someone else.

If murderers should be killed, who does the killing? Someone has to inject the poison, pull the switch, shoot the fatal bullet, or kick the stool out. So your saying they are exempt because they are doing it in the name of the state?

As we all know, anything in the name of the state is okay, so carry on...

Yet your logic doesn't make sense, because we give the the state the right to incarcerate. Who else has that right in this country? By your logic, the state doesn't have the right to incarcerate because they can't have the right to take life either. Furthermore, it is not vigilante justice considering the numerous hearings, then a trial, and then appeals a person faces. They also have the ability of a pardon by the highest ranking member of a said state. Finally, I don't consider an unborn child to be any less valuable or important than a fetus. You bastards can say it is a meaningless clump of cells, and I consider it to be a human life. That is MY opinion and you are NOT going to change it. Your who death penalty logic idea is flawed by what I pointed out above.
