I think Missouri was working on a version that punished women that went out of state to have one done.
A states rights SC would have no choice but to declare it unconstitutional, because the so called murder took place only in one state, and not multiple. It also violates the right to free passage granted in constitution.

If the fetus is a person, does that mean interstate travel while pregnant can be perceived as kidnapping? Not like the mom got the kids consent.

Prediction: Planned Parenthood will be working with tribal authorities in every trigger-law state to establish facilities on reservation land.
Now that would be something. Especially now that the USSC said half of Oklahoma is reservation land.

What's that, like 75ft? ;)
I'll be honest with you, his actions his actions show how dumb he was. If he had a bit more brain power, he would have chosen to climb the BOK tower in Tulsa. The army and families of those who lossed a loved one in 9/11 would have celbrated him calling him the second Philipe Pittet. For those that don't understand me, the BOK tower has the same exact footprint dimensions and half the hight of one of the Twin Towers, exactly same design, and was designed by the same architect who designed the Twin Towers. The people who work in it joke that the construction crew stopped half way in constructing one of the Twin Towers in Tulsa.

Let’s think positively and Dems retain control of congress in November and somehow get the super majority in the senate in 2024. Can’t imagine the fake outrage from the right when the Dems sign in a new federal abortion law and actual meaningful gun regulations.

Edit Warren interview brought up which I forgot. She’s calling to get 2 more senators so they can get rid of the filibuster so things can still get done in 2023.
Democrats already won Pennsylvania seat, as long as nothing new pops up.

They'll cross others. I just don't think interracial marriage will be one of them.

But if Donald Trump becomes our facist dictator, then I suppose all bets are off.

PS: it should also be pointed out that Clarence Thomas, the one who wants to ban birth control and put us back into th 19th century, is IN an interracial marriage.

Half of them have probably benefited in some way from an abortion too!

You're forgetting, rules for thee but not for me.

It's more than that. If you have any say in where major events are held, then speak up. Don't send 30,000 or 100,000 people to Texas or Indiana for major conventions. You get on blast and tell everyone loud and clear that you support women's autonomy and will send your dollars to states that support that right. My wife is doing that right now for a major health care convention that was supposed to be held in New Orelean's next year. LA has one of the more restrictive laws getting pushed right now. There's not a reasonable way a health care group can support these decisions. Vote with your wallet and let people know why. It's one of the few freedoms left.

Indianapolis starts losing 500k visitors a year and they'll feel that.
There catch with Indiana..... the north west corner is actually a part of Chicago..... Indiana could care less about Indianapolis and invest more into their portion of Chicago.

We need to figure out how to get Gen Con to relocate for 2023...

Well impeachment isn’t a court trial and very political. So who knows if one party is to get 67 votes
Oh sure if they can get that many, I just don't see it happening unless Republicans get annihilated in the mid terms.
