Rocky 6?

yeh, he's like 60 years old, but damn, he's in great shape for his age.

I read that article- it's tough for me to swallow that the original Rocky won academy award nominations and won the best picture oscar. Such a boring, simplistic movie... No offense to you fans though

Rambo is bad too

Looks like Airplane 2 got it right after all.

(fyi for those that never saw or don't remember - there's a movie poster in Airplane 2 for Rocky XIII showing an 80 year old man doing the Rocky victory pose)

You're just upset that Rocky could kick Evander's arse 😉

why cant Sylvester Stallone just throw in the towel. Lemme guess, he's gonna come outta retirement and die in the ring and his son probably becomes one of his trainers.

He'll probably be only 40 or so in the movie. Many boxing greats were around 40 and still great. Joe louis comes to mind... but there were many.

Roids. His balls are probably no larger than two green peas.

I know a Hollywood insider who gave me a copy of the script.
It's a teaser but I'll share part of scene 1 with you.

Scene 1, Act 1: Retirement Home

[Octogenarian Rocky enters the room, wheeling in his stroller, and begins to shout]
Rocky: Yo ... Adri ... <cough> <cough>.. an ... <cough>.

[Rocky begins to swing his fist, in slow motion, in the air as if he were a boxer]

[Suddenly, a strange look glosses over Rocky's face]
Rocky: Nurse, I think I wet my diper.

George Foreman beat Michael Moorer in 1994 to regain the heavyweight crown at age 45

I like the name of his opponent this time... "Mason 'the line' Dixon"

Pure comedic gold! I cant wait to see this uproariously amusing movie!

wow, 20 years since Rocky IV?!

i'm OLD

Rocky V was the last one, and that was, if I recall, 1990, so it's actually been 15 years since the last movie. I suspect that by the time the new one comes out (still can't believe they're gonna make it, Rocky V was a good ending) it will be 17 years.

Yikes.

Jason

Is this the one where he beats the piss out of his opponents (no pun intended) in the World Nursing Home Pugilist Federation?

Maybe Mick Jagger can play Mason "The Line" Dixon.
