Exactly, I would rather have Jim Jackson alone then David Wesley let alone give up young guy with promise Nachbar. Rockets didn't need this trade, they really need a PG... Lue & Charlie Ward just won't do.
 
poor Jim Jackson. He's an solid player offensively and defensively. Don't know why he keeps getting traded. I wish he was still on the Kings.
 
Van Gundy made Rockets boring to watch. Houston can't even win games this season anymore. Fire the coach!
 
I wouldn't be surprised to see Van Gundy fired after this season, he should adjust his coaching schemes to fit to his players but instead he's forcing his players to fit into his scheme that's slow-tempo & boring to watch. Would Rockets fans like Phil Jackson & The Triangle?

I hated him on the Knicks. Horrible coach IMO.
Makes bad decisions, boring to watch style, and if he can't win with T-Mac and Yao, then you know something's wrong.
 
The bench is weak as hell.
They gave up too many for T-Mac. Cato was the man.
And now they give up a starter Jackson and a decent bench player Nachbar for a injury prone wesley.
Fire the GM whoever he is.

What JVG is doing with the Rockets just makes me sick. He brought guys over like Mark Jackson, Charlie Ward, and Patrick Ewing like it's the Knicks of the 1990s again. His system worked for the Knicks then because they were a bunch of no talent thugs, but when you got weapons like Tmac and Yao, you gotta find better ways to exploit them.

Jim Jackson is a better outside shooter then Jon Barry and Wesley. The lineup is gonna be:

Sura
Wesley
Tmac
Howard
Yao

Not bad on paper, but JVG is going to hold these guys to 80 pts/game when they could easily score 100.
 
Rockets wont even make the playoffs this year.

They should work up a deal for Payton, who is proven to be able to set things up in a half court offense.
