RocketRAID 100 flashing problem

For some reason I can't flash my RocketRAID 100 card (HPT370 chip). When I reboot with a DOS boot disk, and load the flash program with the BIOS filename (bios372.231), it finds the adapter alright, but then says:

Found adapter at bus 0, device 15
No Loadable EPROM found

Or replace device 15 with whatever it happens to be - cause I tried it on 3 different computers and all give the same error. The card seems to have BIOS 1.0.3 onboard, at least that's what it says. I am able to use RAID arrays in Windows 2000 and linux, but actually installing Windows2000 on it has not been successful, as it gets to the formatting stage, and then just stays at 0%... I suspect having the latest BIOS might solve this...

Is the card faulty, or what? I tried all the BIOS settings in the system BIOS, the poor card tried all the IRQs it could, and I swapped it around the slots too. Doesn't matter if I have IDE cables connected or nor, or the IDE LED header cable either. I also tried older versions of the flashing software (load.exe) and earlier BIOS versions too.

Please help!
