Has anybody had any problems with their Rock Band 2 DLC going missing? I've got probably six or 10 songs that aren't in my RB2 song lists and don't appear to be on my X360 HDD anymore. The worst part is, they're missing from my Downloads History on the xbox live website, too, so I can't even re-download them. I'm kind of pissed that I spent that many XBL points to have some songs simply disappear from my history. I can re-buy them, but wtf? I shouldn't have to.

I can't say that I've had this problem. Are you accessing the DLC using RB2 or RB3? What songs are missing? Any chance they were downloaded to your console using a different Live account/gamertag?

If you truly did buy them before then you won't be charged when you buy it again to redownload it.

All the songs that are in my RB2 and RB3 song lists show up as "Purchased" on the Rock Band Music Store. Missing songs list the price, and if I select them it prompts me to purchase them.

Both games were used to access the content. Neither games see the missing content. I'm not entirely sure of the extent of the missing content, as I haven't actually played the games in a while - not for almost a year, in fact. However, songs I know for sure are missing are
Sin Wagon - The Dixie Chicks
Simple Man - Lynyrd Skynyrd
and
Bring me To Life - Evanescence

Edit: Completely skipped over the gamertag question. All the content was purchased on my gamertag - it's the only one with XBL on my 360.

I've never heard of this happening, but if the content truly doesn't show up in your download history on xbox.com, then it's an Xbox Live problem, not a Rock Band problem. RB just pulls your purchase info from your Live account.

You could try opening a support call with Microsoft, but I don't know if you will get anywhere.

My family is telling me I never bought those songs.

So maybe I'm just losing my mind.
