Was flipping thru the stations and heard they were playing an exhibition game in the new Yankee stadium. Then bingo, Cano hits the first ever home run, though it was in an exhibition game.
Gotta wonder how competitive it will be amongst the players to hit the first regular season home run because your name will forever be mentioned in trivia questions.

Everyone knows who hit the first home run in the original Yankee stadium. right?

Did you know..

Joey Pistone was the first vendor to sell a hot dog in New Yankee stadium,
Mark Guzbak was the first fan to take a dump, and Allison Kurster was the first person
arrested (stopped for "smuggling" nachos in under her dress and they found heroin in her purse) ?

Their names will go down in infamy.

Why do you know this deftron? :Q

Wrong title. It's actually "The Stadium the Yankees play in." Yankee Stadium is across the street, they decided not to use it anymore for some reason. Something about that there weren't enough restaurants and the bathrooms and stairways weren't good enough. 😕

Now they have a restaurant in center field and a hard rock cafe and bunch of other useless crap, like a video screen the size of a goodyear blimp.

I play a lot of trivia games, and I've never been asked who hit the first home run in any stadium.

Not to mention $200+million of NY taxpayers' money. Dumb.

Do you leave getting the orange pie piece til last?

In the more recent versions, Sports and Leisure is green. Orange is Wild Card.

I usually start off between blue (Geography) and brown (Science). If I get geography first, I'll bounce between science and sports next. If I get science first, I'll bounce between geography and wild card. It's best to stay between two categories that don't already have. Pink (Pop Culture) is the category that I don't do well in.

Now my wife, she hates the sports category. Only way she gets that wedge is if she gets a hockey question. 9 times out of 10 the answer is Bobby Orr. The other possible answer is Wayne Gretzky.

Edit: WTF, I have no idea why I said S&L was red, but clearly it's green

Good answer.
