i dont know if he actually did it....

i think he talked about doing it...asked people if they would do it for some cash....

but i got a feeling someone beat him to it.....which probably shocked and scared the hell out of him....

Veddy interesting . . . I wonder if he'll get some work out of all this. I must admit I'm a little surprised by the outcome.

The evidence was not there. If it was, he would swing.

Frankly, I think they had more evidence against Blake than they did and ever will against Scott. It's sad so see the complete contrast in due process. Nevertheless, I'm glad the jury reached the verdict that they did. There might be much evidence against someone, but all of that is irrelevant if it isn't sufficient to dismantle any existing reasoable doubts.

Awesome.

I think he did it, but I'm glad he got off.

I agree the evidence was stronger against Blake than Peterson, but I don't agree, at all, that Blake received any fairer shake at his trial. Both were represented by highly qualified, famous defense attorneys (though I think Mark Geragos erred horribly by promising the Peterson jury that they would hear an alternate explanation of how Laci died, then completely failing to present one), and I don't think Blake's being a washed-up actor led to his acquittal. I tend to think it had more to do with the fact that he more than likely killed a startlingly wicked con artist, rather than his pretty, pregnant wife.

Wow! I agree with so much of what you posted. 🙂

I think Scott should be sent home with an apology. Because that is how or legal/jury system is SUPPOSED to work. I would bet $$$ that if she was a fat, ugly loudmouth drug user, he would be home right now. There was nothing but circumstancial evidence against him... and you can build a case against ANYONE if you dont need solid evidence and proof. But I would rather see our system remain steadfast even if it means letting Scott (who I think did it, btw) than to trash the whole thing and lose many of our liberties just to make sure he is in jail.

As for Blake... I dont know if he did it or not... neither did the jury... therefore he HAD to be found not guilty.

🙂

wow. just wow.

blake probably did it, but can you blame him? I guess the jury couldn't either.

When you say "wow. just wow" I take that to mean you disagree with her? But then in your next sentence you basically reinforce her point. Blake was probably acquitted because the victim was a terrible person. If Laci Peterson was like Bonnie Lee Bakely, Scott Peterson probably wouldn't have been convicted either. There was very little physical evidence in his case, and much of the circumstantial evidence could be explained away.

When one of the reporters asked Robert Blake, "So who do you think killed Bonny Lee?" Blake yelled back, "Shut up!"

He also asked the crowd for scissors or a knife to cut off his electronice ankle bracelet. Someone should've said, "Here, use O.J.'s knife."

Why would be glad he got off if you know that he did it?

Because I saw a few shows that showed her history. She was a lame ass groupie who was always looking for a moviestar to knock her up. She lacks the most basic qualities that comprise a decent human being.

It's a dirty job, but someone's got to take out the trash.

When's the garbage man going to be visiting your place?
