Heard on the radio this morning that Mr. Zombie wants all who go and see his Haloween remake to dress as Myers and carry a kitchen knife.
Does anyone else think this is a REALLY REALLY bad idea?
Cool in concept, but damn if I'm going to a theater with a bunch of idiots carrying knives.
When I heard this I thought for sure Zombie's put a scene in the film where Myers enters a theater. That would give the movie goers watching an "OH SH1T! Myers is in the theater with us!" feeling as they start to look around at all of the people wearing the coveralls and masks. Or maybe not.
All I know is that if theaters DO allow people to carry in real knives they're just asking for a lawsuit.
I'm not sure when the last time Mr. Zombie went to an actual theater was, but he's got to be aware it's usually now filled with nothing but ignorant rude teenagers who could cause a lot of havoc with this.
