Roaming Icons!?

I've got a File server which holds the majority of my files and lately I've been adding folder icons to the files within the file server. When I look at the files from the desktop (over the network) the Icon files appear perfectly fine but when I view the folders on the fileserver, they don't look right. The reason why is because the ICO file being pointed to in the desktop.ini file refers to drive letters that don't exist on the file server (The network share from File server is B: on the desktop and E: on the file server it's self). So I was wondering how I could solve this issue so that the image of the folder is available on all computers. (The shell didn't provide enough icons...)
