I remember this came out late last year with only support for Gmail. It's still in it's beta form but now there is support for Hotmail and MSN accounts. Even though Gmail and probably the other email services have a 10MB limit on file size uploads, it doesn't make any difference to Roamdrive. The file size is limited by only the amount of storage.
I've uploaded files over 10MB without any problems. Another requirement for this is Microsoft .NET Framework ver 1.1 needs to be installed. You access the files from any other computer but Roamdrive needs to be installed on those computers also.

Publisher's Description:
RoamDrive simplifies the process of using your web-based email to store files. You can now make use of the extra storage in your inbox to store your favorite documents, music, photos, videos, and more. What's great is that not only does it tie into your existing e-mail account but you're also able to access your files from anywhere you can access the Internet.

You have to install roamdrive on the other computer also. If you log into the gmail account that you might use for this app, you will see the uploads from Roamdrive are in the draft folder. I don't think it's possible to access them by just logging in to the Gmail or other account. A large file, say 40 MB will be seen as 4 sets of attachment on 4 drafts.
I hope I am explaining this correctly.. If I am not sorry.

This is blatenly against the terms of use, and gmail has been known to lock accounts for this kind of thing. Its a cool concept, just be warned...

PSA: do this with Gmail WILL GET YOUR ACCOUNT SUSPENDED VERY QUICKLY

<spent 24 hours with the famous "lockdown in sector 4" message while playing with GMailFS
