According to dslreports I'm getting consistent pings between 38 and 90 under mostly all of my tweak tests.
The problem is that I can't seem to shake the 2+ second stalls that show-up.
The registry patch from speedguide didn't help and I've changed the settings under rwin with drtcp019 a number of times, but usually only return a 200-300 test at 2wire.com or dslreports.com.
What patches or rwin size have you found works well?
