Roadrage @ its worst?

I saw that on the local news, they said that the guy that got ran over just got some minor injurys. Which i was amazed at after watching that clip.
 
Lemme guess, without watching, this is the vid of the guy in a neighborhood, who drives onto a lawn and runs some people over? Then at the end they show his face...
