Road tripping to Boston and Montreal, what should I see?

I'm leaving for NYC on thursday to see The Strokes and The White Stripes at Radio City Music Hall, after that my friend and I are driving to Boston and to Montreal the following day. What are some attractions/sites I should see in both cities?

The 200 foot high statue of baffled2 heroically suggesting a motherboard upgrade as you enter Boston. Her breasts are particularly well done. Very lifelike.
