Nah, not even coming onto the property. Parking down the street and letting kiddo haul her stuff out. Good exercise.

Not that it will matter, I'm certain ex will still blow a gasket nine ways from Sunday and police will almost certainly be involved But *shrug* that's what I get for marrying a stripper.

Ohh SNAP

Please DO update "dating strippers" thread!!!

Are you saying your daughter is 18/almost 18? And her mom is a stripper?

oblitagory PICS?

wouldnt it be easier just to have her fly? just buy tix in her name?
and ship her stuff via UPS/Fedex ground?

Short notice means a fairly spendy ticket, and shipping her stuff was nearly $1000. Ends up being cheaper by half to drive it.

Yes, and no. She WAS a stripper, before getting pregnant. Then she became a truck driver, and now a nurse.

So she went from shaking ass for money, to hauling ass for money, and now wiping asses for money.

The cycle of life continues.

Yikes, that's a long long drive.

How about some Ayreon, it's space rock, space travel takes a long time, probably almost as long as your road trip. Might be relevant.

We can now fly to Mars in the time it took early settlers to cross the United States. In fact, with the perfect orbits and maneuvers we can make the interplanetary trip faster than settlers could complete just the Oregon Trail. My trip is essentially the same distance as the Oregon Trail, but I'm completing it in under 40 hours (if all goes well).

I recommend specifically the Universal Migrator part 2. "Flight of the Migrator."

Also, The band "Solarized" has an album named "Driven." Very groovy stoner rock type sound. Perfect for a long road trip.

I wasn't meaning to make fun of the miles. I simply feel sympathy for the distance you are going to be covering.
