Road Runner Icon in IE?

A friend of mine just got Road Runner, and after using the installation CD that came with it, she's got a Road Runner icon in Internet Explorer instead of the usual XP flag thing. She wants it to be back to the usual IE icon rather than the Road Runner, and I can't seem to figure out how to change it.... I've found links on Google that show how to change the actual program icon, but so far unsuccessful in the "loading" icon, or whatever it's referred to as.

Does anyone know how to change it back to the default?

Does she really need Road Runner's software? I know what you're talking about because I've got Cox and they try to get you to install that crap even though the service works fine without it. I'd uninstall it if possible.

Yeah, it has that mess in the title bar as well....
I'm not sure if you *need* the software, but we were having a ton of trouble getting things to work until we just installed it... after that it went smoothly, so I don't know if it's necessary or if it just configured some things... I'd prefer not uninstalling it if necessary, because now she's about 4 hours away and she isn't exactly computer literate and wouldn't have much fun trying to get it fixed.

Cool, thanks.... hope you can find it, cause I sure couldn't

Yeah, there's a "secret" utility in Windows that lets you change the title bar and icon, now that I think of it. Haven't used it in a long time so I can't remember how to access it though.

Ok, quick other question... hopefully it can be answered.
I got her to delete the 2 registry keys in that knowledge base article, but she said after she rebooted, it'll show the road runner when it's just sitting there, and the flag when it's "thinking".

Any ideas? Whenever she gets back online I'm gonna make sure she did delete both keys, but I'm sure she did, cause she's good about following instructions...
