road rash

pics of my road rash (went thru the skin down to muscle tissue :Q)

happened during a ~15 mile bike ride in the local mountains...there were little rocks and things inside my arm, which was fun.

this pic is after the 2 stitches were removed

kinda, but the stitches were the worst part of it all, i got off easy i guess, no broken bones...hopefully i'll be riding the same route (more carefully) in about a month
