Road rage incident - 13 yr old boy is run over

A 17 year old ran over a 13 year old boy for throwing a water bottle at her vehicle and he lived to tell about it. From the description of her behavior afterwards how she was very cold and uncaring about the incident she may be sociopathic. I really hope that they do not go lightly on her punishment.
