Still a hit an run and assault with a deadly weapon.

It's one thing to say self defense when you are defenseless but it's another thing to be on the inside of a car against someone with no weapons and then run them over.

Well, I presume the line was drawn for that argument when he turned into the attacker so as to assure that he was run over and not merely thrown off the vehicle.

They're both facing charges.

One should be negatively charged and the other positive and their sentence should be to have sex to neutralize the charges! :p

What the hell is it about driving cars that suddenly causes people to devolve by 750,000 years?

I'm positive that my head hurts now.

Are you negative, by chance?

Depends...

If I were a capacitor I could be positive, negative, shorted, discharged, leaking, or even bipolar.

Certainly beats being a light bulb! Those aren't too bright, get turned down a lot and burn out too easily! :p

No, it wasn't.

Somebody is attacking you in your vehicle after just proving to be a threat, you defend yourself by running them over. I'd call that self defense.

Put it in perspective man, if that was a zombie don't you think you'd be allowed to run them over?

Instigating the conflict, then retaliating with excessive force.... self-defense not found.

Put it in perspective, man, if you started a fight with someone by shoving them, and they punched you back, it wouldn't be self-defense to then pull out a gun and kill them.

edit: plus he fled the scene of a car accident :p

i dont have a problem with the driver plowing over the asshole in the red shirt....but i guess he could have stopped short, backed up and gone around him *shrug*

I know ATOT is very, uh, pro-attacking-those-who-threaten-you, but can you really watch th is video and think self-defense? He didn't have to roll over the guy. He could have just as easily (and safely) drove away. Running the guy over was just an added assault for personal satisfaction that has nothing to do with self defense.

All in favor of shunning Flash1969 indefinitely?

Could be an LED. The flow goes only one way, and lasts forever.
And.....um, well, bigger than T1.

It was far more intelligent than any post I've ever seen from you.
