So does anyone have a cat that eats roaches? I must know!

I don't think there's a specific breed of cat that eats roaches. But, my mom has had a few cats that kill bugs, wouldn't eat them. More like, play with them until it got bored then kill them and leave them dead on the floor. She has a small dog now that gets any bug it sees. The Gecko idea is interesting, but how many roaches can 1 gecko eat? I mean if you have 1 roach you probably have tons more hidden. Dunno if I'd want a lizard runnin around my house.

Buying a cat with the expectations of it going after bugs, good luck. I've seen Cats that don't even go after Mice 🙂

I haven't read thru the responses in this thread but I can tell you how to get rid of roaches! 🙂

Get you some Raid brand fumigators, settle for nothing else.... you will need to turn your smoke alarms off and be out of the house for at least 8 hours.

I recommend at least twice the number of fumigators recommended per square footage. I used to live on the beach next to a restaraunt so I know how to handle this kind of problem....

And after this I was roach free! 🙂

Sometimes you just gotta get nuclear with them little varmints, lol.

Can geckos climb walls? I might consider getting a few to get rid of the spiders. I wouldn't even mind if they crawl on the bed at night, as long as I know there's something else in the house killing spiders when I'm not.

Hate spiders.

Spiders eat many other bugs, like roaches for instance. 🙂
