Prediction for after the speech: pundits will say the speech fell flat, offered nothing new, ended the RNC on a soft note.

I think he's laid it out pretty well tonight. Not entirely fleshed out, but you know what his vision for the country is. Agree or disagree, McCain is doing what he needed to do.
