RMS of a square waveform

Could someone please tell me how to get the RMS of a square waveform that is not symmetrical about the x-axis? I remember that it was similar to taking the average except that you needed to square something. Thank in advance.

Use the continuous formula over one complete period. Break the integral up into two values, one for each y value.
