RMClock vs. Core Temp vs. CPU-Z vs. MBM5

I just swapped out my 3200+ for an Opteron 170. I'm having trouble determing my true VID. It's set to 1.45 in the BIOS and various software packages report the following.

BIOS 1.45
CPU-Z 1.44
MBM5 1.44
RMClock 1.35
Core Temp 1.35

Which do I believe? Also which is more reliable for core temp? MBM5 reports a temp 10c lower than Core Temp which is 3c higher than RMClock.

Coretemp and RMclock are reading your VID.

You are speaking of Vcore.

VID will not change, as it is a static number that identify's how much voltage a cpu needs to boot at default settings.
