Well my Plextor 12/10/32a got injured durring a move to a new machine. One of the IDE pins in the back got bent beyond repeair. How is Plextor's RMA like? Has anybody sent their drive back before? What is their turn-around time? Do they send you a new drive, or is your burner just repaired and sent back?
