RMA'ing my asus A8N Sli Premium

Bought this board in a package deal and it turns out it does not work worth a darn. I went to the asus website and there is no talk of rma'ing? All I see is "return to vendor" (don't know where the board was bought from - don't have receipt or packaging either) How should I fix this board? Thanks
 
Bought package where ? online, store, ebay, forums..

if you dont have a receipt, they may not warrant it... pm the newegg guy, just ask him for asus rma contact... even though you didn't buy it from them, as least they got a # for you to call

yes its an online store and they read the forums here to generate sales and offer some support
