RMAing MSI MotherBoard

I shipped off my Neo 2 and I a bit concerned that MSI will take their sweet time getting me a new one, they got it on the 14th so I know it will take more than two business days to get to it. But I have heard some horror stories of MSI taking over a MONTH to send Back the new Board.

So I was wondering if anyone has had issues like this in the past?

Yes it will take months & you'll get a USED board back.

I was quoted 28 days for turnaround with a 1394 & giga lan that went (disapeared from bios) on 7030 Neo platinum. In fairness I've not heard of any company been great on RMA turnarounds.

Well I checked on the status of my RMA and the site that it will ship soon, so I guess I got lucky or it was an easy fix.

MSI RMA is slow. Don't expect to have it for a while.

Shiped today! UPS ground so I'm hoping by friday.

I just hope that I get my Bracket back!
